Terms of Service

These are the terms on which the Birth Script website sells personal readings. By placing an order you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

1. What we sell

A digital text — a personal reading that our software builds from the birth data you enter: a calculation of planetary positions from the ephemeris and an interpretation by the rules of the school you chose. A reading is material for self-reflection. It is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only; it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not predict events.

2. Price and payment

Each reading is a one-time purchase at the price shown in the store at the moment of ordering (in US dollars). There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe) on its own secure page; we do not store card details.

3. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the reading is generated — usually within one or two minutes — and appears in your account. It stays there until you delete it yourself. You can open, copy, download as text, print, share by link or delete it.

4. Birth data

The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of the date, time and place you enter. We do not verify them and are not responsible for a result based on incorrect data. If you enter another person's data, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

5. Refunds

A reading is a digital product delivered immediately after payment and kept in your account. No refunds are given once the reading has been delivered. The only exception is a reading that was not generated or delivered because of a failure on our side — see the Refund Policy.

6. Account

An account is created with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete the account and all its readings from your account page at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

Decisions you make after reading a reading are yours. Our responsibility is limited to generating the reading from the data you entered and delivering it to your account, up to the amount you paid for that reading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by writing to our support email will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Orders already paid for are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
