A digital product with no refunds

A reading is digital content computed from your data and delivered to your account immediately after payment. By paying, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that once the reading has been delivered, no refund is available. The reading stays in your account with no time limit.

The one exception — the reading was not generated or delivered

If, after payment, the reading was not generated or delivered because of a failure on our side (the status “failed” in your account), we will build it by hand. If that also fails, you receive a full refund by the same payment method, within the time frame your payment provider and bank need (usually up to 10 days). Write to our support email from the email address your account is registered with.

A mistake in the birth data

A reading is computed from the data you entered. If the data was entered incorrectly, you can order a new reading with the correct data; this is a new purchase.
